Do you need to frame the canvases?
Absolutely not. All of our canvases come ready to hang. All you need to do is choose your wall and put the nail or screw.

What is gallery wrap?
Gallery wrap is the name that is given to the type of mounting that our canvases have. This means that they all come stretched over real wooden bars. The design from the front folds over the sides - which are 1.5" thick. This gives it a really nice "pop out" effect when you place them on your wall.

Are the canvases washable?
Even though we use high quality UV inks, it is very important that you don't wet your designs. If you need to wipe or clean them, use a dry dusting cloth.

Are the prints framed?
Prints are not framed. They are intentionally left plain - just printed on our high quality heavy stock, so that you select the frame that best matches your space. You could even hang your prints without a frame (using double sided tape).

When will I get my order?
All Twelve Walls products are made to order. Once you select which design, format and size you want, we will begin the production process. When finished, we will carefully pack and ship to you via ground service. This whole process usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks from the day your purchase is completed. In most cases, you will receive your order in 5 to 7 business days.

Where do you ship to?
At the moment we can only shipt to the contiguous 48 States (sorry, that excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any other international location).
